Today was Mrs. Greene's birthday and we had lots of fun singing happy birthday and giving her lots of birthday hugs. 

Our Egg Hunt

Thank you Parents for all the stuffed egg donations!  We are getting very excited for our egg hunt. 

If your child will be missing Friday because of a religious holiday, please let me know.  A religious absence is different from a vacation absence.

A new word study homework sheet will be sent home after Spring Break, not tomorrow.

Twin Day!

Today was school spirit day "dress as twins".  We also talked about how everyone is special and unique even if they look alike.  We read the book Unique Monique and thought of different things that make us unique.

Make a Butterfly House at the Home Depot

(drop in between 9-12)  FREE!

This is a favorite among my own children.

The workshops teach children do-it-yourself skills and tool safety, while at the same time helping to instill a sense of accomplishment. Additionally, this fun time allows for quality one-on-one time between adults and children.

In addition to the newly constructed project kit, each child receives a kid-sized orange apron, similar to The Home Depot associates' aprons, and an achievement pin.

Egg Hunt

Dear Parents,

We are going to have a small egg hunt next week for our class and we are looking for donations of candy stuffed plastic eggs.  If you are able to donate, please send the plastic eggs in your child's backpack.

School Spirit
