Field Day!

Bye-bye Butterflies!

Today we released the butterflies outside (they didn't seem to like being kept in a cardboard box in our classroom).  It was very exciting and I am happy to say that all three butterflies successfully flew off into the world. 

Our Video Conference

Today we had a video conference with Ms. Katie from Camden Gardens in New Jersey and we learned all about different types of seeds- seeds you eat, seeds that can float, and what role seeds have with plants. 

Congrats to Our Kindergarten Friend!

We were so excited that one of our kindergarten friends designed our new school spirit artwork.  So creative and so cute!  We are very proud of you:)

We Finished Word Study

Last week was our last week for word study homework.  We will no longer have homework for the rest of the year.  Sorry for any confusion on the homework sheet.
